Trip Requirements
 

Prior to departure date, please prepare the followings:​

  • By Car

    • COVID Vaccine card min. 1st shot​

    • Antigen test negative result 1x24

  • By Plane

    • COVID Vaccine Card 1st shot + PCR test 2x24, or

    • COVID Vaccine Card full shot + Antigen test 1x24

 

Payment

  • Registration is done by paying an advance (DP) 50% of the total trip cost (non-refundable)

  • Payment must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled trip

  • If the participant makes an order after the payment limit, then the participant is required to make a full payment

  • If the participant makes an order for a trip package along with plane or train tickets. Participants are required to pay for the cost of air tickets, trains and accommodation.


General Terms & Condition
​

  • Participants are required to meet travel requirements and comply with the Health protocol that has been determined by the government.

  • Itinerary and prices are subject to change according to government regulations and/or weather conditions which will be informed by KLANA prior to the itinerary.

  • KLANA is not responsible for changes in climatic conditions, weather and natural conditions during the trip.

  • Participants are expected to be on time at the designated meeting point.

  • KLANA is not responsible for:

    • Canceling the trip due to insufficient number of Participants.

    • Postponement or change of visit schedule, or cancellation, or reduction of events, and all events that occur beyond the control of KLANA and/or due to force majeure (declaration of war, riots, epidemics / pandemics of disease, hurricanes, earthquakes, other natural disaster events, or any other event which is beyond Klana's control).

    • Loss fees for late or missed flights due to a Participant's late check-in. No credit or refund will be issued if the Participant fails to collect any component of the trip. No credit or refund will be issued for lost or damaged travel documents.

    • Accidents, damage, loss and delay of personal belongings (luggage, cameras, bags, jewelry, etc.).

    • Loss of tourist equipment by the Participant. The cost of replacing tourist equipment is the responsibility of the Participant. Personal injury or death of the Participant due to any cause.

    • Leaving the Participant due to illness or accident during the trip.

    • Services in tour packages that are not used by Participants for any reason.

  • Participants under 12 years of age on the date of departure, or age above 70 years on the date of departure, and/or have a physical or mental disability are required to be accompanied by family, friends or relative who will be in charge during the tour.

  • Participants between the ages of 12 and 18 years on the date of departure is considered a minority. Participants will be required to:

    • Accompanied by a parent or guardian, or

    • Provide a certificate of permission that has been signed by the parent, guardian, and person who will be responsible for the Participant.

  • Companion family, friends, or relative must:

    • Accept these terms for and as a representative of the Participant's companion at the time of booking, including all risks and all possibilities that may occur.

    • Responsible for all approvals, documentation and assurance that the accompanied Participant meets the legal requirements to travel, to enter and depart from the applicable country and city.

    • Responsible for behaviour, health, supervision and monitoring of Participants who are accompanied. KLANA does not provide additional services to accompany Participants and is not responsible for accompanying or arranging.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

​

  • If a participant cancels or reschedules before the departure date for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged with the following conditions:

    • After registering: down payment is forfeited (non-refundable)

    • 14-30 days before departure date : 50% of trip fee

    • Less than 14 days before departure date : 100% of package tour fee

  • Changes in travel schedules due to travel regulations from the COVID19 government can only be rescheduled according to the available dates.

  • KLANA can cancel or postpone the tour departure schedule, if the amount of Participants are less than the minimum number of Participants determined by the tour.

  • If there is a change in the itinerary made by the participant who makes an airplane ticket reservation through KLANA, there will be an additional fee for the schedule change in accordance with the airline's policy.

Changes/Addition (Deviations)

​

  • Requests for changes or extensions of trip schedules or additional travel routes outside the scheduled travel routes are all in the trip package, depending on the availability of flight tickets, accommodation and transportation.

  • The deviation fee will be applied according to the rate determined by the airline, hotel or other transportation.

  • Deviations that shorten the trip schedule, no cost reduction is given from the original trip package fee
