Trip Requirements
 

Prior to departure date, please prepare the followings:​

  • By Car

    • COVID Vaccine card min. 1st shot​

    • Antigen test negative result 1x24

  • By Plane

    • COVID Vaccine Card 1st shot + PCR test 2x24, or

    • COVID Vaccine Card full shot + Antigen test 1x24

 

Payment

  • 50% Down Payment (DP) is made at the time of booking (Non-refundable)

  • Full payment is made no later than D-7 of departure

  • If the participant makes an order after the D-7 departure, then the participant is required to make a full payment


General Terms & Condition
​

  • Participants must meet the trip requirements above

  • Participants must comply with health protocols that are set by the government

  • Itinerary and price are subject to change due to weather and field conditions

  • KLANA is not responsible for changes in climatic conditions, weather and natural conditions during the trip

  • Participants are expected to be on time in the designated Meeting Point

  • KLANA is not responsible for the loss of participant's belongings during the trip

  • Prices are subject to change at any time, price changes will be notified to all participants

Refund & Reschedule Policy

​

  • Down Payment (DP) is not refundable

  • Refund due date for the participants who have already made Full Payment is 7 calendar days before the scheduled trip:

    • 50% refund before due date​

    • No refund after due date

  • Trip changes of government travel regulations due to COVID19 can only be rescheduled to following available dates

  • KLANA is entitled to cancel the trip before departure date due to force majeure, all cost will be refunded 100%

  • KLANA is entitled to reschedule the trip before departure date if it doesn't meet participants quota
